Scenerio 1
Technician: Tech Support, Greg Speaking.
Customer: Hello! Do i have to buy stamps to send e-mail?
Technician: No..no m'am. You do not need to buy stamps to send e-mail.
Customer: Ok! Bye!
Boss: Another stupid question?
Technician: There's no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people.
Scenerio 2
Boss: Did you call Mr Niffle about his connection problem?
Technician: Yep.
Boss: And the diagnosis was?
Technician: A classic case of PEBKAC.
Boss: PEBKAC?
Technician: Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair.
Scenerio 3
Technician: Not another one.
Boss: That must be an interesting email.
Technician: It's from a customer. I don't know how to answer it.
Boss: (looking at the computer) "Dear tech man, I can't send email, Please help me."
Technician: How do i answer that? Do i reply to his email or do i phone him and tell him i got his email?
Scenerio 4
Technician: I'm sorry m'am. But i can't help you with that. It just isn't something i have ready access to.
Customer: FINE! (she put down the phone)
Boss: What was her problem?
Technician: She couldn't remember her password.
Boss: So? just reset the password on her account!
Technician: Zzz... She couldn't remember the password for her screensaver.
All the above are just for laughs...
